Conclusion


There is not much I would do different, however I think that we could have started to work earlier in order to not be over-stressed for time. Moreover I feel I progress a lot on working on my assertive skills while working in group.

The great part of the experience was to explore and find examples of changes in the supply chain in order to make the process more eco-friendly and sustainable. I was really surprised to read about many interesting and innovative developments. For example, the Marks and Spencer teardrop trailers are reducing CO2 emissions and energy and can contain more load   than usual truck.  (M&S, 2007) Because we both coming from different cultures we both brought the examples from particular references.

Action plan

If I need to make the same process again, I would probably start to work a bit earlier on the presentation to not be stressed out of time. In my next group work, I will make sure to keep progress on my strategy for how to be more self-assured.
